With great success over the 3 years since a successful management buyout, IEW has made significant investments in the business, including upgrades to the factory and office, new equipment and software, and the addition of new team members. The company has also been focused on culture change, encouraging engagement with its core values and investing in the development of its employees.
In 2023, IEW is taking a big step forward in improving our shop floor. We’re planning to reorganize the space to create more work benches and increase efficiency in our workflow. This will not only give us more space, but it will also allow us to continue improving the quality and delivery times of our products.

To make this happen, we’re creating extra space by turning a walkway into additional storage space. This will allow us to free up more floor space for work benches and create a comfortable and productive work environment as we are filling in a number of vacancies following our very successful job fair in Swindon March 2023. This means we’ll have even more skilled and enthusiastic team members to help us reach our goals.
