As you know, our community and family has always been the most important thing to us. We want to reassure you, during this COVID-19 outbreak, that the health and safety of you, our clients, our employees and their families continues to be our number one priority.
We are closely monitoring the situation and taking on board all government advice. Our unit currently remains open but we are sure you will value the fact that anyone attending our offices for operational reasons (ie Deliveries) will be asked some simple questions and also asked to follow some additional hygiene requirements.
We are taking all necessary measures to ensure continuity of supply during these unprecedented times. We are working closely with our logistics partners and suppliers receiving regular communications to ensure there is as little disruption to deliveries as possible. We continue to receive updates from our suppliers. They are advising that they are seeing slight delays but we are working together to ensure business as usual.
We are of course available to have client meetings over the telephone to minimise any risk to you and to our staff. We have plans in place, including a robust IT infrastructure, to enable us to work from home should the need arise. Our service to you will remain as responsive and effective as you have come to expect from IEW.
These are no doubt challenging times for all, but please rest assured that we are here for you and your business.
