Which quality accreditations and/or standards do you work towards?

We hold ISO 9001:2015. Our worforce is trained to IPC 610 and 620.


How competitive is your pricing?

Primarily we focus on our products value with a secondary focus on price. We regularly review the market, and adjust prices to maintain our competitive position.

Every quotation given is competitive but also takes into account sustainability giving our customers confidence maintaining long term relationships.


I am considering changing my CEM but I am concerned that this could be complicated How does IEW approach developing a new partnership?

We are fully aware of the issues that can arise and have used this experience to develop bespoke processes to enable a smooth transition. Communication is vital from the start, managing the relationship is of prime importance. Setting up the supply chain, inspecting materials, introducing new product process and the logistics necessary are all areas that are discussed and agreed at the start of the project. This will be reviewed at regular intervals.


How would you facilitate high volume manufacturing?

We specialise in low to medium volumes of a variety of products. Projects range from highly complex prototypes to batches of up to two thousand a month.


Are your engineers available to support implementation of products on the customers’ site?

Yes, offsite engineering and manufacturing support can be provided if appropriate to customers. This can be arranged at the planning stage with your customer account manager.
