In April 2025, we welcomed Will Stone, MP for Swindon North, to the IEW factory.
It was a good opportunity to share what we do and talk about the role local manufacturing plays in supporting the UK economy, as well as to raise concerns about the new NI changes and the lack of clear direction from the government to support companies actively seeking growth.
Training and education to drive business growth in AI and software innovation is something we’re particularly interested in – it’s a clear route to improving the nation’s output. A good conversation and a positive meeting overall.
